Next working day delivery after dispatch is our standard estimate. Weekends, public holidays and courier delays can affect delivery. We will email you when your order is received and when it is completed for dispatch.
Delivery added automatically
Your standard delivery charge is added to your shopping cart automatically. Eligible orders from €49.99 receive free standard delivery automatically. No delivery option needs to be selected.
Discreet packaging
Orders use plain outer packaging. Enter your full address, county, Eircode, email and phone number at checkout so your delivery can reach you.

Email support@klyq.ie with your order number before returning an item. We will provide the return instructions and address.
Returns, cancellations & refunds
Changing your mind
For most online purchases, tell us in writing within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Email support@klyq.ie with your order number to arrange the return. You pay the direct return cost for a change-of-mind return. We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery charge where the whole order is cancelled; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return. We use the original payment method.
Opened, used & hygiene-sensitive items
We do not accept change-of-mind returns of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their seal has been removed. This can include sealed mouth-contact products, liquids and consumables where that exception applies. Opening ordinary packaging alone does not remove your cancellation rights. A deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact support@klyq.ie with your order number and details of the problem. Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming are unaffected, including where an item has been opened. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover return costs where required.
How to return an item
Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address and safe packing instructions. Return the item with its accessories and order details, and retain proof of postage. Keep batteries, liquids and other restricted contents within the return carrier’s rules.
