Keeping the shop working
We use necessary cookies to remember your basket, keep you signed in and protect checkout and email-code security. Your browser also remembers features you ask for, such as your wishlist, comparison list and gift-box choices. These are used to provide those features, rather than to follow you around the internet.
Your choice comes first
When you first visit, choose Accept all, Reject all or Manage preferences. These choices apply to optional cookies; necessary shopping and security cookies stay on. Optional cookies stay off until you agree. Scrolling or continuing to browse does not mean you have agreed. You can keep shopping if you reject optional cookies.
What optional cookies do
Preferences can remember extra personal choices. Analytics can help us understand how people use the shop. Marketing can help show or measure adverts. KLYQ does not currently include analytics or advertising tools. If we introduce them, we will explain who provides them and what they do before asking for your choice.
How long things are remembered
We remember your cookie choice for 180 days so you do not have to answer on every page. Your age declaration is normally remembered for 1 days. Basket and sign-in information lasts for the session or the time needed for that feature. Saved items stay until you remove them or clear your browser’s saved information. Security codes and their browser checks expire quickly.
You can change your mind
Select Cookie settings near the bottom of the screen or in the footer at any time. You can turn optional choices on or off. If you clear your browser’s cookies, use another browser or your choice expires, we will ask again. Blocking all cookies in your browser may stop the basket, login or checkout from working.
Payments, chat & questions
Payment and security services may need cookies to carry out the action you request. Quick support answers run on this page. Product searches check current general-merchandise listings on our store server. Chat sounds are optional, start off and are not remembered between pages. If you choose Start AI chat, your question and recent AI messages are sent to OpenAI to provide a reply. You can switch back to quick answers at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains this choice.
