KLYQs Rewards Terms

KLYQs are account rewards with no cash value. These operational terms must be checked against the final programme before launch.

Earning

Eligible registered customers earn 1 KLYQ per €10 of eligible completed-order merchandise spend. Excluded categories and refunded value do not earn.

Redemption

30 KLYQs may create a personal single-use 50% discount for one eligible non-sale product, subject to configured exclusions.

Adjustments

Cancelled or refunded eligible spend is reconciled. If points were already used, future earnings may first offset the adjustment.

Limits

Rewards are personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may have an expiry shown with the voucher.
